A Study on Standardization of Meditel concierge service

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to propose a Standardization of Seoul Meditel Concierge Service to hospitals and the adjacent hotels attracting a number of foreign patients or medical tourists in Seoul. For this, Method of Analysis on the Business Model Canvas(BMC) was used. The information regarding Seoul meditel are analyzed through Business Model Canvas(BMC)``s 7 factors; Customer Segments(CS), Value Propositions(VP), Channels(CH), Customer Relationships(CR), Key Resources(KR), Key Activities(KA), Key Partnership(KP). In conclusion, Seoul City needs to be arranged by Incentives, Smooth administrative support, Risk Management, Quality management, Integrated public relations, Secure Payment, Emergency Medical System and Concierge linkage for meditel concierge service standards`` success. Core participants are discussed at the role by fair rules. From this with a propulsion system, a Standardization of Seoul Meditel Concierge Service will be carried out successfully.
